BASS DRUMS-BOMBOS Music would be nothing without this percussion instrument that provides tempo. In the Bolivian Andes the panpipe players or sikuris, Khantus are from Callawaya culture in Charazani. Each musician plays a drum and at the same time a panpipe. There are various types of percussion such as: Phutu Huankara,bombo, criollo,caja, huankara, and bombo criollo. |

CHARANGOS The charango family is a unique ten string instrument with origins in POTOSI. It was created during the explotation of silver mines;the Bolivian charangomedium size walaycho smaller and last invention Ronrocoa biger size created by charango Master Mauro Nuņes (RIP), despite it was a copy from vihuela de mano from Europe this particular instrument has been played in different styles depending on the region.
